u can buy them in shops like - priceline, big w, kmart, target and even then chemist .
these shops r probly the cheapest .
or... u could buy them online because u can get good deals

Helen, perhaps a cosmetics company w/business opportunities is your answer. That way, you don't have to settle for cheap (not always good in cosmetics) and you can supplement your income, set your own schedule, have fun and look good all at the same. Check out aularale.com/7002 - it's been great for me.
I go to Cosmetics Plus (I'm not sure if it's a major chain shop though) and Chemist Warehouse; but I go to Big W and K-Mart etc a lot too.
Sometimes I get my stuff from eBay too. (but with eBay, you have to know exactly what you're getting (especially make-ups): like you could try the product you want in a shop that has it as a ';Tester';, then go onto eBay and get the exact same product.)
But then again, don't be afraid to spend a few more dollars on quality make-up.
Big W and Priceline have good prices or keep an eye out for sales at other stores like Target and K-mart (eg they might have 20% off a specific brand).
Purchasing online saves you a lot of money as well if you know exactly what you are after and have tried a tester beforehand to see that it matches your needs.
I have found that OZtion is really good - it is an Australian auction site and there are many brand new make up products at bargain prices (even some of the big brands). You will probably find other things as well like for your kids - check out OZtion it is the best thing since sliced bread!
Maybe you Could Try 2 Dollar Shops? places like ';the warehouse'; Orr Just General ';Reject stores'; ? Other than that the only other places i Can think of are Chemists, And Supermarkets.

I find Priceline quite cheap, or even look for sales in Priceline , Cosmetics Plus etc.
