Go to ULTA stores, I just bought some from there last night.
It used to be sold by Fashion Fair Cosmetics. Don't know if they still sell it though. Try Macy's.
They sold it at one of these stores but i cant quite remember which one

Ulta is awesome but if you cant find it i HIGHLY recomend Joey New York for that cause i have a friend who uses it for her REALLY BAD pigmentation problems and it is amazing.
I know they definelty sell it at Ulta, a beauty store.
