On Ebay, many sellers will accept a payment by money order, which you can buy at any post office. Also try and call the customer service number of whichever company from which you want to order and ask if they will allow you to do the same. That is usually possible.
Some site, I would assume, have money orders. Paypal might as well, if it does, that would be your best bet.





But why do you need to buy it online? Cosmetics aren't particularly hard to find items...
you could buy a pre-loaded debit card at walmart with cash and use it, you cant really mess that up so your parents would say thats ok.
I'm 13 and I bought this walmart credit card for $3.


and you can reload money whenever you want on to it.


and the only fee you have to ever pay is the $3 when you first buy the card
If you have a bank account you can sign up for 'pay-pal' some companies recognize this form of payment, though it takes about 5-7 extra days to get to you because of the processing time. You could try to talk your parents into getting you something like a joint credit card. It's your name on the card, but if something happens to your payments your parents will have to pay off the card.


Though personally i would suggest just borrowing your parents' card and paying them back with your cash.
ask to borrow your parents' credit card for whatever you need to get then pay them back with cash. that's what i do
