Hi I am Filipino and living in the Philippines. You can try at Watsons which is available at all SM Malls. You can also try at mall department stores. Ive seen some Neutrogena face powder/foundation at Shopwise in Libis. You can also check First Aid in Greenbelt 3 beside the Apple store. Also a store called Rite Aid (if I am not mistaken) in Rockwell Powerplant Mall.Where can I buy Neutrogena Cosmetics in the Philippines?
wow, i didnt know the Phillipines was so popular now and days because Cassie, Nicole, that guy from Black eye peas, are all mixed with Fillipno. But yeah, just go to a drugstore near you. They'll have it and they'll sell it cheap.
Any local drugstore or department store will carry your products. Neutrogena is a very good brand name and works well. Good luck finding what you are looking for.
be careful,my face was totally damaged by neutrigena.
