I go to ULTA. They sell all the products that are available in Drugstores/Target/etc., but they have amazing promotions. Once a month they send out 3.50 off coupons and if you're part of their club (I am) you get even more coupons for the items they sell. They also have lots of BOGO sales, and they sell high end makeup like Smashbox, Stila, and Urban Decay that you can use your coupons on!
Also, they have a ULTA card and if you spend a certain amount of money in a period of time you get gifts! I know I saw like an ULTA promoter, but I'm not. I just love that store. :)
Another great place is Walmart (of course) everything's cheaper there. And the local drugstore when they're having BOGO sales on your faovorite products.

well, sephora has pretty good quality makeup, but it can get pretty expensive too. i really reccomend just going to a local drug store, it all depends on what BRAND you buy, not where you go for it. i work in a drug store as a cashier, and i deffinitly reccomend almay brand for coverup and foundation, and physicians formula brand for anything else.
There are drugstore makeup, this is usually fairly priced, with Maybelline, Loreal, Revlon, Clinique, etc.
But some other good quality makeup you can get NYX, or some MAC (THAT is expensive stuff!) samples, and some NYX eyeshadows cheap, lots of stuff and samples for very reasonable prices, and here is the link: http://www.makeupgeek.com/store/

eyeslipsface.com sells some decent stuff online, for pretty cheap. The quality isn't bad, though their lip gloss isn't amazing. I'd wear it as long as I didn't plan on kissing anybody. :P
Sephora and Ulta are good places to pick up anything from inexpensive to more expensive makeup, and they offer a really wide selection (not to mention other beauty products like hair care stuff, perfume, body wash and lotion, etc.)

if you cut out coupons for makeup and go to cvs its practically free actually sometimes you do get alot of stuff free!
You can go to places like CVS and Rite Aid they usually sell quite a few brands. (I recommend Loreal HIP for eye shadows...) You can also find a lot of stuff at Ulta it has a wide variety of brands of cosmetics.
Places like Target and Wal-Mart sell mid-price range cosmetics from named companies like Mabelline, Cover Girl, Almay, etc.
Department stores like Macy's carry more expensive cosmetics like Clinique.

http://www.Rock-The-Catwalk.com has discount high end cosmetics (MAC, NARS, URBAN DECAY). They got high marks on youtube reviews and everything I got was authentic.
Wal-Mart sells a large range of differnt cosmetic brands, like Cover Girl, Revlon, Maybellene, etc. at very good prices. It is very similar at Target.
I get all of my make-up, hair care products (besides my shampoo) and anything else for beauty I may need from ULTA it's a great store and the prices aren't outrageously expensive..
I have to agree with Ulta and Sephora..it's not Wal-Mart cheap,but their cosmetics are really good quality...check out the website so you can see the prices for yourself.
Ulta Beauty, it is a Sephora and drugstore makeup combined! I love it! It also has a whole hair section!
I love to buy my make-up at MAC, they have all colors and shades for make-up. it is a little pricey though but its worth it
