Walgreens always has brand name makeup that's on sale. You can get coupons, too, but the regular prices are usually pretty reasonable.Where can i buy some cheap cosmetics?
Your local dollar store is a good place to find what you're looking for, but the mall isn't the best choice.

Depends on what you want, but go to your local wal-mart or target that is cheap make-up.
Mineral Girlz has great make up and it is VERY affordable. I have been shopping with them for a few months now and I will never go back to other makeup.
