Why do people go to bodyshop to buy cosmetic products ?

Bodyshop retail shops have cosmetic products which are singificantly higher priced than its competitiors still its valued very highely in the minds of consumers. Why is it so. why do you go to bodyshop rather than a L'oreal ?Why do people go to bodyshop to buy cosmetic products ?
Assuming it's the same company that we have in Australia, because they promote themselves as environmentally and socially conscious. Much better than Loreal, which is all about the chemicals and making money.Why do people go to bodyshop to buy cosmetic products ?
yes i definitely would prefer it to L'oreal or any other brands like that... i find the bodyshop products way better than anything else ive tried, theyre way better quality!
because unlike many commercial makeup brands, the body shop does not test its products on animals- this very act being a highly protested in many areas. it also promotes civic and environmental consciousness and donates to various charities all over the world.
